We will transfer your digitized medical record to a chosen healthcare provider. There may be a small fee for transferring and digitizing records. Your privacy will be protected consistent with HIPAA regulations. After evaluation of given information and determining what procedure should be performed, the provider will issue a price quote;
Conference call/calls will be arranged between you and your prospective physician or dentist to address all your questions and concerns;
Once you made your decision, we will present you with a contract, which will include information about fees and payment terms, and start planning your trip. We will make all necessary arrangements including travel, accommodations, transportation and interpreting services;
Once you arrive at your destination, you will be met by a local Slavmed representative and accompanied to your place of stay;
Next you will meet your doctor for consultation and further up to date evaluation;
You are ready for your procedure now!
Post treatment recovery will be overseen by your physician and other qualified medical personnel;
